Position Summary As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of the community's operations – from managing finances and maintaining the physical facilities to ensuring the highest level of service to residents and their families. This role requires a strong leader who can balance strategic decision-making with compassionate, resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring compliance with company standards and state regulations.
Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and rights at all times.
Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement revenue-enhancing programs.
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team while maintaining adherence to personnel policies and employment laws.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy and enhance community presence.
Ensure physical facilities are safe, attractive, and well-maintained.
Serve as the primary liaison with residents, families, staff, owners, and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications
Current Health Facility Administrator's License.
Meets state qualification standards for Assisted Living Facility Administrators.
Proven experience in healthcare facility management, preferably in senior living or long-term care.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life.
