Annual Bonus Overview
CIFC Asset Management provides institutional credit management across CLOs, structured credit, corporate credit, opportunistic credit and direct lending. This position will be primarily responsible for sourcing new transactions, underwriting support, monitoring existing positions, maintaining client relationships, and actively marketing to promote the CIFC Direct Lending brand. Candidates should have a background in middle-market loan originations with underwriting, modeling, and credit documentation skills to preliminarily assess opportunities, support underwriting, and help close and monitor investments. Key Responsibilities
Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, structuring, executing, and closing new investments, working with CIFC DL underwriting teams and portfolio managers. Strong ability to evaluate, analyze and structure middle-market opportunities. Strong credit, execution, presentation, documentation, and closing capabilities. Developing a territory marketing plan, developing and maintaining sponsor/referral source relationships, identifying, structuring, negotiating documents and closing investments, managing deal processes from sourcing to closing including presenting deals to IC, and meeting new business development objectives. Skills, Experience & Attributes Required
15+ years of relevant deal sourcing and closing experience Track record of meeting qualitative and quantitative goals Strong, tenured relationships with private equity sponsors and other deal sources Familiarity with MS Office Suite Strong credit and presentation skills Strong product and market knowledge High level of integrity and market credibility Seniority level
