An independent pharmacy in downtown Ainsworth, NE is seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to join their team. This is a full-time position with no evenings or weekends, and the opportunity to be part of a growing community-focused pharmacy.

Independent retail pharmacy dispensing 100+ prescriptions daily

Current support staff: 1 technician + 1 clerk

New high-visibility pharmacy location opening in 69 monthsopportunity to help design and set up the new space

Requirements: Active Nebraska Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain)

Retail pharmacy experience required

Comfort serving as sole pharmacist/PIC when needed

Strong interpersonal and community-focused skills
