Our client, a major entertainment studio is looking for a Sr. Graphic Designer with print and digital experience.
This is a 12 month contract that is onsite M-Th. Responsibilities
Take a lead role in the creation of modern, compelling, unique, and inventive designs including branding (from individual logos to full campaigns), event graphics, digital collateral, merchandise, print materials, presentations, infographic, and more. Supervise and provide guidance to junior designers in the development of design projects including providing art direction and assisting with the acquisition and approval of brand assets. Apply ingenuity, creativity, analytical, and organizational skills to identify and evaluate design problems and develop strong solutions. Create brand and marketing campaigns from start to finish. Develop style guides covering use across various mediums including digital, print, video and events. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and target audience, and translate them into effective design solutions. Attend client meetings to pitch creative concepts and finished projects. Create and deliver captivating designs that effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to internal clients. Ensure all design deliverables align with brands, properties, and priorities while maintaining high-quality standards. Prepare files for production to exact requirements. Multitask between multiple projects and clients. Take and implement feedback from multiple stakeholders. Maintain a positive attitude while meeting deadlines with precision. Basic Qualifications
Taking the lead role in the development of modern, compelling, unique, and inventive designs across multiple platforms. 3-5+ years of experience in a creative studio environment (either in-house or agency) within the entertainment/technology sector. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, and InDesign. Figma a plus. Advanced skills in visual design, illustration, print and layout standards, color theory, and typography. Ability to accept guidance with meticulous attention to detail. Understanding and experience in branding, experiential design, event signage, presentations, and merchandise. Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and operate efficiently within a dynamic work environment, with a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional work. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A collaborative spirit, able to work well with a team or as an individual. Aware of current market trends in both design and content consumption. Able to work in-office four days per week. Understanding of web design, including mobile and responsive landscapes a plus. Preferred Qualifications
