This full-time position is seeking a dedicated school psychologist to support K-12 students in a dynamic educational setting in New Albany, IN. Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial evaluations and psychological assessments for K-12 students in person Participate in meetings with educational teams, parents, and administrators to discuss student progress and intervention strategies Prepare detailed reports based on evaluations and ongoing observations; report writing can be completed remotely Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and support services Provide consultation and recommendations to school staff regarding behavioral and emotional challenges Qualifications: Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure in the state of Indiana Experience working with a K-12 student population Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and educational regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Ability to manage approximately 50 evaluations and reports annually Position Details: Full-time contract (37.5 hours per week; 7.5 hours per day) Work primarily onsite with in-person evaluations and meetings Flexible option to complete documentation and reporting tasks from home This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on student growth while maintaining a balanced workload with a mix of onsite and remote responsibilities.
