This opportunity is ideal for experienced Social Workers specializing in elementary education, seeking a full-time contract position within an onsite school environment. Location: Country Club Hills, Illinois Position Details: Full-Time Social Worker positions available (2 openings) Elementary school caseloads School Year (SY) contract term, approximately 25-26 weeks Onsite presence required Key Responsibilities: Assess and address social, emotional, and behavioral needs of elementary students. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop individualized plans to support student progress. Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and referrals to community resources. Facilitate group and individual sessions to promote student well-being. Monitor and document student progress and maintain accurate case records. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of supportive school policies. Desired Qualifications: Degree in Social Work (Bachelors or Masters preferred). Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Social Worker. Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively onsite, independently, and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong organizational and documentation skills.
