A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is sought to support K-12 students in a nurturing educational environment in Napa, CA. Key Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure with current CCC credential Experience working with children across K-12 grade levels Knowledge of communication disorders, assessment, and intervention strategies Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and support staff Ability to develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and deliver direct therapy services Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs Monitor student progress and adjust services accordingly Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain accurate records and documentation following regulatory standards Participate in meetings related to student services and program development Location: Napa, California Position Type: Contract for the full school year (NSY) Benefits of this role include the chance to work with diverse student populations and contribute to their academic and social growth in a supportive school setting.
