Were seeking an experienced StaffPharmacist to permanently join a Closed Door, Long-Term Care pharmacy inRoanoke, VA. This is a direct hire opportunity and an excellent opportunity to work in a brand new LTC pharmacy.

Type: Direct Hire Start Date: November 2025 Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM | Every Other Weekend Responsibilities: Accurately prepare and verify prescriptions for LTC patients
Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations
Collaborate with technicians and other pharmacy staff to meet daily operational goals
Provide clinical support and medication expertise when needed
Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume environment
Requirements: Active Virginia Pharmacist License (required)
Prior LTC experience preferredbut retail/community pharmacists with strong automation and multi-dose packaging experience are encouraged to apply
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
