Core Responsibilities Individual and group counseling sessions via secure video platforms Crisis intervention and safety planning coordination IEP and 504 plan participation and consultation Family engagement and community resource coordination Behavioral intervention planning and implementation Documentation and progress monitoring through integrated systems Collaborative consultation with teachers and administrators Student Population Services Elementary through high school grade levels Students experiencing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional challenges Crisis response and trauma-informed care delivery Attendance and engagement support services Transition planning and community connection facilitation Required Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work from CSWE-accredited program Active Ohio school social worker license Minimum 2 years of school-based social work experience Virtual service delivery experience highly preferred Strong technology proficiency and adaptability Excellent communication and documentation skills Virtual Platform Mastery
