Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary or middle/high school students Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress Collaborate closely with educators, families, and school staff to support student communication goals Comply with all state and school district regulations related to special education services Qualifications and Experience: Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license Education Staff Associate (ESA) certification in Washington Experience providing direct, in-person speech-language services in a school environment Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 students effectively Location: Renton, Washington Benefits of this position include working within a supportive K-12 educational environment, engagement with a diverse student population, and the opportunity to impact student communication skills and academic success.
