A Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming Contract School Year (CSY) to serve students in grades 5th through 12th. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential speech and language support within a K-12 educational setting in Columbus, OH. The position is full-time, requiring 37.5 hours per week, and is ideal for professionals with experience spanning pediatric and school-based speech therapy, including teletherapy capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
Deliver effective therapy services tailored to the needs of children and adolescents.
Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines.
Use teletherapy methods as needed to provide flexible service delivery.
Qualifications:
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC).
Experience working in healthcare, pediatric, and school-based settings.
Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery.
Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY) preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, families, and school staff effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
