Qualifications and Experience: Experience working as an SLPA in either school or healthcare settings preferred. No state-specific license required; however, certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or another recognized credentialing organization is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with children and multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to professional growth and adherence to ethical standards.
