This position is on our growing Product & Innovation team within Abbott’s Diabetes Care Division. We are responsible for software and services that expand and enhance the capabilities of the FreeStyle Libre platform, the world’s #1 continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) solution. As a Senior Product Manager on the Partnerships & Cloud Team, you will build products that facilitate seamless data exchange and collaboration between Abbott and our provider, payer organizations, and commercial partners. This role gives you the opportunity to drive the product roadmap and execute on our data sharing strategy. You’ll play a crucial part in healthcare by inventing new ways to exchange data with partners and add value to their workflows while helping people with diabetes and their healthcare providers use data to drive better-informed decisions. What you’ll work on

Maintain and advance the data sharing strategy and roadmap Identify and prioritize unmet user needs, and translate them into product requirements Collaborate with product designers and business teams to define the total user experience Collaborate with software engineering to implement and test new features and/or products Continually update stakeholders on product work as it unfolds Track usage analytics and the impact of launches Become a subject matter expert in customer, technology, and regulatory requirements related to healthcare data ingestion and transformation Foster an API-first mentality and execution approach across our organization Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 4 years' experience or MBA with at least 2 years of related experience Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in the healthcare industry, especially delivering digital health products Experience working with clinical professionals or with healthcare payer organizations Familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem, IT interoperability space, and Electronic Health Record systems Previous experience working directly with partners on data integrations Technical fluency – comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, experience evaluating tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members Strong writer, communicator, and presenter able to share progress and outcomes to executive leadership Collaborative, able to drive alignment in a group of stakeholders Understanding of delivering digital products in a regulated environment Thrives under pressure with tight deadlines on several initiatives simultaneously Apply Now Learn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives:
