A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available to support 9th-12th grade students in a K-12 college prep charter school setting. This contract position offers 3-4 days per week of meaningful work during the school year, focusing on students with mild to moderate speech and language needs.

Responsibilities include: Providing speech and language evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring for approximately 20 students Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Documenting therapy goals, sessions, and outcomes in compliance with school policies and state regulations Supporting students communication development to enhance their academic and social success Desired qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCCSLP) Experience working with pediatric populations, including within school settings Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred Knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders and school-based therapy practices Location: Springfield, MA This role offers a flexible schedule aligned with the academic calendar and the opportunity to impact students preparing for college.
