Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations to assess students motor skills and developmental needs Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student success Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance students functional abilities within the classroom Qualifications: Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of California Experience working with children in school or pediatric settings, preferably at the elementary level Strong knowledge of school-based occupational therapy practices and IDEA regulations Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and organizational skills Location: Elementary school setting in Vallejo, CA This contract assignment is for the current school year, offering a chance to impact student growth through targeted OT services in an educational environment.
