This opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a strong background in pediatrics and school-based services, offering a year-long contract within a K-12 educational setting in Willard, MO. The role requires licensed professionals holding a Missouri SLP certification and credentials such as CCC or CFY who are experienced in both in-person and teletherapy service delivery. Location and Setting Work across two school buildings within a dynamic district serving students from early childhood education through high school. K-12 environment with a mixed caseload of approximately 35-40 students spanning ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) to 4th grade and high school levels. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations, individualized therapy, and progress monitoring. Support communication needs through direct therapy services and collaboration with educators and families. Deliver services via in-person sessions and teletherapy platforms as appropriate. Maintain detailed and compliant documentation to support student growth and special education requirements. Coordinate with building principals and the Director of Special Services to align interventions with district goals. Qualifications and Desired Experience Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding Missouri state licensure. Credentials such as Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings, particularly K-12 schools. Proficient in delivering teletherapy services alongside traditional therapy models. Ability to manage a mixed caseload effectively while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Schedule Full-time position, 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week. Contract duration aligned with the school year calendar.
