A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary school students in the Boston, MA area. This role is designed for an experienced professional with a strong background in school-based speech-language therapy, focused on enhancing student communication skills within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary-aged students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting speech, language, fluency, and communication goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student progress and integrate therapy strategies Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions in accordance with school policies and district guidelines Attend relevant meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions regarding student needs Qualifications and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Valid state certification/license to provide speech-language services in a school setting Previous experience working in an elementary school environment preferred Strong understanding of age-appropriate speech and language development Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse student populations, families, and educational staff Location: Boston, MA This contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during a full academic semester within an elementary school environment.
