8:15?AM4:00?PM daily Responsibilities
Teach in a low?incidence behavior support setting, focusing on behavioral and academic needs.
Track student behavior and academic progress; adapt strategies accordingly.
Write and maintain IEPs; complete quarterly progress reports.
Work collaboratively with families, educators, and behavioral therapists.
Mentor and supervise paraeducators in behavior strategies and program fidelity.
Participate in district professional development and job-alike meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Active Kansas low?incidence SPED license (required).
Background in behavior support and low?incidence settings.
Proficient in behavior management, IEP writing, and intervention monitoring.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
