Soliant Education is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist for an on-site role in Orting, WA. This position serves middle and high school students with a caseload of approximately 50. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students.
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
Conduct assessments and maintain thorough documentation of student progress.
Qualifications: Active Washington State Speech Language Pathologist license.
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences.
Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Assignment Details: Location: Orting, WA
Caseload: Middle and high school, approximately 50 students
Schedule: Full-time, on-site only
Duration: Full school year
Compensation: Compensation for this position ranges from
$50 to $55 per hour . We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
