Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy services to students ranging from bulk preschool to elementary levels. Manage caseloads across two adjacent schools, coordinating therapy plans and schedules effectively. Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare providers to support student communication goals. Provide teletherapy options as needed to enhance student access and engagement. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and professional standards. Qualifications: Required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred; Candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be considered. Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy within educational or healthcare settings. Strong understanding of school-based therapy requirements and compliance. Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently across multiple sites. Familiarity with teletherapy practices and technology. Location: Position is based in Corunna, MI, working with an elementary school and associated preschool program. Schedule and Workload: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week with the possibility to extend up to 40 hours with prior approval. Contract engagement aligned with the natural school year calendar.
