Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based Contract | Indianapolis, IN
This contract position provides an opportunity to support K-12 students within a dynamic school setting in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves working at multiple sites throughout the school year, offering a variety of caseloads and schedules that highlight your flexibility and expertise in speech-language therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language evaluations, therapy, and consultative services to students across K-12 grades.
Manage caseloads at assigned school sites with attention to individualized education plans (IEPs).
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student communication goals.
Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) when applicable.
Support maternity leave coverage and coordinate smooth transitions during assignment overlaps.
Adapt services to meet varying caseload demands, including short-term coverage and evaluation support.

Caseload: 55 students (weighted 40.4)
Hours: 9:00 am 4:00 pm
Site 2
Caseload: 20 students
Hours: 9:00 am 4:00 pm

Experience working with K-12 student populations in school settings. Ability to manage varied caseloads and collaborate effectively with school teams. Flexibility to travel between multiple school sites as required.
