Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students with behavioral needs and diverse learning styles in grades K-3. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods to foster positive behavioral and academic growth. Maintain a safe, engaging classroom atmosphere that promotes social and emotional learning. Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration to support student success. Qualifications: Must hold an active Intervention Specialist License in Ohio. Proven experience teaching in behavior classrooms. Prior experience teaching elementary students in Kindergarten through 3rd grade. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Location and Schedule: Position located in Kenton, OH, within an elementary school setting. Full semester commitment with 7.5 hours per day, totaling 182 days. Contract-based role.
