A dynamic opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to support K-12 students in a vibrant educational setting located in Irmo, SC. This contract position offers the chance to contribute to a comprehensive school year (CSY), working closely with students, staff, and families to promote positive educational and emotional outcomes.

Responsibilities: Conduct psychoeducational assessments to identify students learning and behavioral needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and administration to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide counseling and intervention services to support students social-emotional well-being Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to offer professional insights and recommendations Monitor student progress and adjust support strategies as necessary Maintain accurate records and comply with privacy regulations and district policies Qualifications: Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working with K-12 populations in a school environment Strong skills in psychological assessment and interpretation Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and families Knowledge of special education laws, practices, and intervention strategies Excellent communication and organizational abilities Location: Position is located in Irmo, South Carolina, within a supportive and engaged K-12 school community.
