A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to provide essential services in a K-12 educational setting in New Haven, CT. This contract position offers an opportunity to support pediatric students through targeted therapy interventions designed to enhance communication skills. The role spans from now through August 15th, with approximately 13.5 hours per week and some flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students across K-12 grades Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans Conduct assessments, track progress, and document therapy sessions in compliance with school guidelines Utilize teletherapy techniques as needed to ensure accessibility and continuity of care Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary discussions Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, particularly within educational or healthcare settings Familiarity with teletherapy delivery methods and related best practices Ability to work effectively with school-aged children and collaborate within school environments Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred but not required Schedule: Monday: 9:30 AM 12:30 PM Tuesday: 9:30 AM 3:00 PM Wednesday & Thursday: 9:30 AM 12:00 PM Some flexibility available to accommodate needs This role is ideal for a dedicated speech-language pathologist seeking part-time hours within a supportive school community.
