Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Address a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and evaluations
Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal planning and student success
Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Oregon SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates welcome
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Preferred Experience: School-based experience or a strong desire to work in an educational setting
Familiarity with IEP development and special education procedures
