In a dynamic educational environment, professionals are sought to provide targeted support for an elementary caseload during the summer months. This role is designed for dedicated individuals who are passionate about enhancing the learning experiences of students in a K-12 setting.

Qualifications: Valid state certification or licensure in relevant field Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly in a school setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and classroom management Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment Previous experience working with diverse populations is preferred Location: Cambridge, MA Responsibilities: Provide individualized instruction and support to students based on their unique needs Collaborate with educators and other support staff to create a tailored learning plan Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance Communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff regarding academic progress and challenges Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings as appropriate Benefits: Flexible scheduling options to accommodate personal commitments Opportunities for continued professional growth and development Supportive work environment focused on student success This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' education during the summer.
