Soliant Health is partnering with a

leading infusion specialty pharmacy

near Santa Maria, CA, to hire a

Clinical Infusion Pharmacist . This is a hands-on, patient-focused role where youll play a vital part in

verifying prescriptions , overseeing

sterile compounding , collaborating with healthcare providers, and supporting clinical outcomes for

specialty infusion patients . Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay package

Full-time schedule (45 days/week, MondayFriday day shifts)

3240 hours/week with on-call rotation

Travel support available for non-local candidates (if applicable)

Position Details: Title:

Clinical Infusion Pharmacist

Location:

Central Coast, CA (near Santa Maria)

Responsibilities: Accurately verify and dispense infusion and specialty medications

Counsel new patients and perform therapy monitoring via chart reviews

Supervise

sterile

and

non-sterile compounding

(USP 795/797/800)

Communicate with prescribers for clarifications, refills, and therapy adjustments

Adjudicate insurance claims and assist with billing coordination

Support compliance with

URAC

and

ACHC

accreditation standards

Serve as back-up

Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)

and take on-call duties as scheduled

Qualifications: PharmD or BS Pharm from an accredited program

Current, unrestricted California pharmacist license

24 years experience in infusion, specialty, or hospital pharmacy preferred

Strong knowledge of sterile compounding standards (training available)

Willingness to maintain multi-state licensure

Preferred: Neurology or oncology infusion support experience
