What You'll Do

Oversee our bustling gymnastics program, from recreational classes for 200 monthly participants to elite training for our 40-member USAG competitive team.

Mentor and motivate coaches to deliver top-tier instruction that blends skill-building with fun, all within our state-of-the-art 7,000 sq ft facility.
Shape the Future:
Design engaging curricula that spark joy and progression for gymnasts from tots to teens, fostering confidence and resilience.
Grow the Program:
Build strong connections with parents, athletes, and the community to boost engagement and expand our impact.
Champion Competition:
Guide our competitive team to success in USAG meets, managing logistics and celebrating their victories.
Ensure Safety and Quality:
Maintain a safe, inclusive environment with top-notch equipment and adherence to YMCA and USAG standards.
What We're Looking For
A dynamic leader with 5+ years of gymnastics coaching or program management experience, ideally with a USAG competitive background.
USAG Professional Membership + certifications (e.g., Safety Certification, Background Check).
A bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills to inspire staff and connect with families.
A heart for youth development, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive environment.
