We're seeking a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive psychological services to students grades 9-12 through our innovative remote education platform serving Ohio communities. Position Summary
This full-time role focuses on delivering specialized psychological services to high school students facing academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges. Working 35-40 hours per week, you'll manage a diverse caseload of 50-55 students while providing both direct services and consultation support to educational teams throughout Ohio. Adolescent Psychology Focus
High school students require sophisticated psychological support addressing identity development, peer relationships, academic stress, and future planning. Your expertise will guide students through critical developmental challenges while supporting their preparation for post-secondary education and career success. Primary Duties:
Administer comprehensive psychological and educational assessments Develop evidence-based intervention and treatment plans Provide individual and group counseling services Conduct functional behavioral assessments and intervention planning Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on student support strategies Facilitate parent consultations and family support services Maintain compliance with state and federal special education requirements Service Population
You'll work with students experiencing various challenges including learning differences, emotional regulation difficulties, social skill deficits, and mental health concerns. Many students also require support for college and career transition planning as they approach graduation. Virtual Platform Excellence

Comprehensive training and ongoing support ensure successful virtual practice implementation. Required Credentials
