A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is needed for a K-12 school setting located in Castle Rock, CO. This contract position spans the normal school year, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse student population in a dynamic educational environment.

Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet individual student needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments for students across K-12 grades Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals based on assessment findings Provide direct speech and language therapy services in-person and/or via teletherapy platforms Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and school district guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities Qualifications: Valid state licensure and certification appropriate for school-based practice Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology is highly preferred Familiarity with teletherapy techniques and software Successful completion of CFY for SLP candidates or relevant certification for SLPA Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills This contract offers full-time hours over the school year, providing a stable and rewarding work environment focused on student growth and success.
