A middle school in Lowell, MA is seeking a dedicated paraprofessional to support student learning and classroom activities for the current school year under a contract position. Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional support Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students requiring extra help Monitor student behavior to maintain a positive learning environment Support the implementation of lesson plans and classroom activities Collaborate with educators to address student needs and progress Assist with clerical tasks, including grading, record-keeping, and preparation of learning materials Qualifications: Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with middle school students Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude Familiarity with educational tools and classroom technology is a plus Location: Lowell, MA
