Position Summary:
We are hiring a full-time
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support high schoolstudents for the 20252026 academic year. The role focuses on delivering behavioral support within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), with a primary emphasis on students exhibiting intensive behavioral needs. The position will be based mainly at the
high school level , with a caseload spanning both special education and general education settings. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a lead behavior support provider within MTSS across multiple school sites
Respond to high-level behavioral incidents and crises
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Guide school-wide behavior strategies and interventions
Collaborate with school staff, administrators, a district-wide BCBA, and two behavior specialists
Supervise and support a team of four Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Provide ongoing consultation, training, and support for teachers and paraprofessionals
Analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust interventions
Preferred Qualifications:
Active
BCBA certification
Candidates actively pursuing BCBA certification with
35 years of special education or behavioral support experience
will be considered
Strong background in school-based or clinical ABA services
Experience working with students exhibiting intensive behaviors (e.g., aggression, elopement, regression)
