A full-time Special Education Teacher is needed for a contracted school year position in the Medina, Ohio area, approximately 20 minutes southeast of Cleveland. Multiple openings are available, with a priority focus on middle school intervention specialists. Opportunities exist in both self-contained and inclusion classroom settings.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students' specific learning needs. Deliver specialized instruction to children with disabilities in accordance with federal and state guidelines. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to coordinate services and support inclusive learning environments. Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet diverse educational requirements. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding student development. Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching certification. Experience working with middle school students preferred. Ability to work effectively in both self-contained and inclusion settings.
