Capital Markets Director (Remote)

Jeeves’ mission is to become the financial operating system for all global businesses. Since its public launch in March 2021, the company now services more than 3000 clients across 24 countries and 3 continents. We are looking to hire a Capital Markets Director to support the funding and liquidity strategy for Jeeves, reporting to the Vice President of Capital Markets. This role will be hands-on, strategic, and will serve as a key point person for supporting strategic relationships across the capital markets ecosystem. As a remote-first, global organization, Jeeves is committed to building a team as diverse as the companies we serve. Support the funding and liquidity strategy for Jeeves Manage our debt capital, including projecting our short and long-term capital needs and providing strategy recommendations Source additional debt capital and support existing lender relationships Partner with the product and engineering teams on various projects including receivable reporting requirements Manage strategic relationships across the capital markets ecosystem Gather and assess market intelligence Requirements:
Extensive experience in Capital Markets, specifically DCM, ABL/ABS structuring, and/or securitizations 8+ years of debt and capital markets experience in structured products, either at an investment bank, hedge fund, FinTech lender, or startup company An existing network of lender relationships including credit funds, banks, and asset managers Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business or Finance Global/International Capital Markets experience preferred Experience hiring and leading a team Fluent in English, Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use internally to communicate between regions Agile and able to pivot quickly with the changing environment Collaborative and team-oriented
