Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Roadmapping : Define the Salesforce strategy for hospitality-focused digital transformation programs. Partner with executives and stakeholders to align Salesforce capabilities with
GxP and hospitality compliance standards . Develop roadmaps for Salesforce + Mpower integration, ensuring scalability and compliance. Lead design, architecture, and governance of Salesforce solutions across
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Loyalty & OMS . Drive
Mpower integration
with Salesforce for enhanced guest engagement and property management. Ensure Salesforce platform configurations meet
hospitality-specific workflows
such as reservations, loyalty programs, and guest experience journeys. Compliance & Governance (GxP) : Establish governance frameworks to ensure Salesforce implementations comply with
GxP and audit requirements . Partner with IT risk, audit, and regulatory teams to ensure data integrity and system validation standards. Define policies for
data security, SOX/ITGC controls, and regulatory documentation . Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement : Lead and mentor Salesforce architects, developers, and administrators. Drive cross-functional collaboration between
hospitality operations, IT, compliance, and vendor partners . Present executive updates on Salesforce program progress, risks, and value delivery. Leverage
AI/LLM integrations, Einstein AI, and analytics
to enhance guest experience personalization. Explore
multi-agent Salesforce solutions
for customer service automation in hospitality. Stay ahead of Salesforce product releases, hospitality trends, and compliance frameworks to ensure continuous platform modernization. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 12+ years of experience
in Salesforce ecosystem, with at least
5+ years in leadership roles (Director/Program Manager/Enterprise Architect) . Strong background in
hospitality domain systems
(loyalty, reservations, PMS, CRS, guest engagement). Proven expertise in
Mpower platform integration
with Salesforce. Deep understanding of
GxP compliance, ITGC, SOX controls, and system validation processes . Experience leading
large-scale Salesforce programs
(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, OMS, Loyalty, Analytics). Demonstrated success in
governing Salesforce programs
across multiple business units with complex integrations. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Preferred Skills
Salesforce
Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
or equivalent high-level certifications. Hands-on knowledge of
AI/LLM-powered Salesforce enhancements
(Einstein, GPT integrations). Experience in
hospitality digital transformation programs
(Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton Honors, etc. a strong plus). Familiarity with
Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models
for enterprise programs. Knowledge of
Dynatrace or observability platforms
for Salesforce performance monitoring in compliance environments.
