What Youll Do As A Store Manager: You are responsible for the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and to deliver an exceptional guest experience. High school diploma required Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Food Safety: Serve Safe certified ADA Statement
While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted, and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are high; storage space is limited and shelving is tall. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have effective verbal communication skills, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts or difficult situations. Pay Range: $29.50 per hour - $32.50 per hour *Within the range, individual pay is determined using factors including location and experience. Panda makes no guarantee of bonus earnings and reserves the right to modify bonus programs at any time, with or without notice.
