We are a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms. Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Florida-based Commercial/Civil Litigation Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 15+ hours per week. Responsibilities
Provide remote, on-demand support for commercial/civil litigation matters as part of a national network of attorneys and paralegals. Engage in drafting, trial preparation, discovery, and deposition coverage as part of litigation projects. Qualifications
Licensed in good standing to practice law in Florida Strong litigation experience - Drafting - Trial Prep - Discovery - Deposition coverage Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines Self-starter and able to work independently Compensation
