Lead and develop the Center's development team to advance fundraising efforts. Provide mentorship and coaching to a team that is successful and committed to the Center’s community impact. Collaborate with senior leadership to align development strategies with the Center’s mission and programs. Qualifications
Proven track record as a collaborative and experienced leader in fundraising or development roles. Talented and compassionate fundraising professional with a mentor’s mindset and ability to coach and support a team.
