AWS Cloud Migration Engineer
- Direct-Hire/FTE - Remote (US-CT/ET) Location: Remote (US-CT/ET). Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 annually. Work Requirements: U.S. holders or authorized to work in the U.S. Responsibilities
Hands-on role responsible for moving on-premises and cloud resources to cloud-to-cloud infrastructure in AWS, including applications and data. Apply infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. Apply DevOps principles and cloud-architecture best practices. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud computing, with at least 6+ years focused on large-scale AWS infrastructure migration projects. Proven, hands-on experience migrating workloads (servers, databases, applications) from on-premises and cloud to AWS. Deep expertise in AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and Lambda. Mastery of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. Strong scripting and automation skills. Experience with containerization technologies. In-depth knowledge of networking concepts in AWS (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPN). AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional. Familiarity with common AWS migration tools. Experience in deployment, policy as code, and automation is important. About INSPYR Solutions
