COO The Business Development Associate is responsible for helping advisors set new meetings, drive revenue, and attract new target households to the firm. Strong attention to detail and communications skills are required for success. Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Business Development Associate include but are not limited to: New prospect outreach via phone and email (target weekly “dials”). Assist in scheduling new prospects. Maintain a clean and up to date call list. Timely and clear communication. Knowledgeable in financial planning and familiarity with target markets. Business Development
Create feeder lists targeting specific companies and executives. Maintain contact information via our CRM platform. Strategize with advisors to build a new “nest” company for the firm. Ad hoc projects to organize new prospect reach out. Qualifications
Ability to maintain a large amount of outreach per day (200+ calls and emails). 1-2 years+ of sales experience. FINRA SIE, Series 7, 63 and 65 and/or 66 licensed preferred but not required for hire. Life, Accident, and Health Insurance licenses preferred but not required for hire. Knowledgeable/experience with financial planning. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with others. Demonstrate excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills, self-confidence and professional demeanor. Ensure adherence to all industry regulations, including SEC, FINRA and firm-specific compliance requirements. Who We Are
