As part of the Digital Media Global GTM team, the Senior GTM Manager is the go-to expert on cross-application experiences in Acrobat. The team owns end-to-end journeys, ensuring customer interactions across surfaces and channels come together as the best customer experience possible. The role leads sophisticated, multi-channel initiatives that drive deep and meaningful engagement. A deep knowledge of digital marketing and product-led growth practices is needed for successful partnerships with cross-functional teams. We provide business-critical insights, ensure alignment of goals, and drive new initiatives globally. What you’ll Do

Obess over customer journeys, identifying opportunities to optimize experiences for free and paid customers Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to understand trends and translate insights into impactful strategies Develop initiatives with impact sizing, assumptions, risks, benefits, and a measurement plan Build collaborative relationships with partners to prioritize roadmaps and implement plans that deliver quarterly and annual sales and MAU goals Drive testing priorities across marketing and product groups with learning agendas and hypotheses to address customer and business needs Own business performance and targets, monitor initiative success, and take action to achieve business goals What you need to succeed

7+ years in marketing, software, high tech, or management consulting experience—preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, B2C product or services A customer-first approach and a desire to build outstanding experiences Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights into a compelling story with clear takeaways Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities Deep understanding of digital business models and how to test and optimize customer experiences to deliver results Strong relationship-building and negotiating skills Desire to have impact measured in real-world metrics that correlate to near-term and longer-term sales success Experience leading multi-functional multidisciplinary teams to launch high-impact business initiatives Interest in staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends Compensation and benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and is determined by location. The U.S. pay range for this position is $120,700 -- $213,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award. State-Specific Notices
