Legal/IT Responsibilities

Manage the archiving of Relativity databases and develop, manage, and document a workflow to identify, archive, and delete materials in accordance with policy and applicable instruction. Coordinate with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys to determine system requirements and proposed technical approaches. Define system requirements and design entire systems to meet those requirements; perform broader technical support on smaller projects (including validations and testing) as needed. Conduct systems evaluations, prepare reports and presentations of findings, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Consult with COR on task orders, scheduling, personnel assignments, priorities, progress reporting, and cost estimates for work under task orders; report on contract and task order progress. Direct and supervise personnel to ensure work quality, timeliness, and conformance to standards; ensure technical design meets functional requirements. Prepare system/technical documentation and training materials; organize and conduct user training sessions on developed systems. Qualifications

Significant Relativity experience including creation of ARMs (Archive/Restore/Move); ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs. Hands-on experience on the systems being used, typically at least five years; broad knowledge of the Government IT environment, including office automation networks and server-based databases. Experience in a litigation support environment is highly helpful; excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Supervisory experience strongly preferred; ability to lead a technical team and translate attorneys needs into system solutions. Undergraduate degree in computer science or information management/technology preferred; must be able to obtain a favorable Public Trust Clearance. Ideal/Additional

Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Infrastructure Specialist certification is a plus. Benefits
