We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead the design and development of an enterprise-grade AI-powered chatbot platform. This role will drive technical strategy and execution using .NET 9, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, and .NET Aspire, enabling natural language interactions across complex data systems. Architect and lead delivery of a scalable conversational AI platform that streamlines Sales Operations workflows. Lead technical discovery sessions to align on goals, systems integration, data display, and non-functional requirements (e.g., latency, accuracy, deployment). Design and implement secure RESTful APIs with real-time streaming (SSE) and integration with RDBMS, flat files, document storage and API-based systems. Develop a dynamic plugin framework for natural language-to-SQL translation and extensibility. Produce comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, API specs, and onboarding guides. Mentor internal developers through a co-delivery model to build long-term capability. Create PoCs to validate concepts and gain stakeholder buy-in. Essential Technical Skills

Expertise in .NET 9 and .NET Aspire for cloud-native microservices orchestration. Deep understanding of Microsoft Semantic Kernel for agent-based AI planning and plugin architecture. Experience with ASP.NET Core Web API and Azure OpenAI integration. Familiarity with enterprise data systems and natural language processing workflows. Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong experience rapidly building prototypes across a variety of User Interface platforms. Proven experience in architecting AI-driven platforms and enterprise-grade applications. Strong background in API gateway design, security, and performance optimization. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across departments. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Project Scope & Approach

The following items will be addressed in the scope of this project: Discovery Conduct discovery meetings to ensure alignment on overall goals, enabled systems, data display, and non-functional requirement definitions including response time, accuracy, and deployment pattern. Technical Leadership Drive the technical solution and leadership of the development of an enterprise-grade AI-powered conversational platform that enables KI to interact with data and knowledge across the following systems:

Data Hub . Deliverables include:

AI Chatbot Architecture & Core Platform Design scalable platform using .NET 9, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, and .NET Aspire. API Gateway & Service Layer Design secure RESTful APIs with real-time streaming and integration with external systems like E Spec and Data Hub. Dynamic Plugin Framework modular plugin system enabling flexible function calling, natural language-to-SQL translation, and future extensibility. Comprehensive Technical Documentation architecture diagrams, API specifications, and developer onboarding guides. Internal Developer Upskilling part-time co-delivery model to transfer knowledge and build long-term capability. PoCs development of PoCs as needed to convey concepts and gain buy-in.

Testing & Production Deployment Perform standard unit testing as defined later in the document under "Testing Definitions". Unit testing will be limited to 8 hours. Perform deployment activities to ensure the new dashboards are ready and available in production. Seniority level
