Overview
We are looking for an experienced Data Governance Lead to support the development and execution of a data management strategy across a complex platform and AI tooling ecosystem, multiple disparate data sources, data governance processes, data domains, and teams. This role serves to establish a foundation for our clients to expand their cloud footprint and further leverage AI and ML technologies. You Have
6+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions within government regulated environments, including data management or governance initiatives Experience managing dispersed teams and collaborating with top-level clients Experience establishing enterprise-wide agile processes and standards that drive master data and metadata management Experience working with AI technology stack and practices Knowledge of data management principles, methodologies, and best practices, including data architecture, data quality, metadata management, and master data management Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelors degree Nice If You Have
Experience improving processes and efficiencies in data and team management Experience developing high-quality briefings for senior federal government leadership Experience with modern Cloud computing technologies, including AWS or Azure Possession of excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Masters degree in Information Systems or Library Science AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure Certification Project Management Professional Certification Vetting

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date. Work Model
