Lead breakthrough innovation initiatives that drive incremental growth for brands within Distinctive Brands (e.g., Rao’s Homemade, Pacific Foods, Michael Angelo’s). Champion consumer-centric product development to expand household penetration and usage occasions. Act as a thought leader across functions to advance brand and business goals through innovation and commercialization. Contribute strategic thinking and positive energy to the Distinctive Brands unit and Campbell’s Marketing organization. Develop and implement innovation strategies; lead creation and execution of new product concepts and growth initiatives. Drive differentiation and household expansion through innovation; conduct market research and trend analysis; identify emerging trends, consumer needs, and gaps. Provide insights to inform product development and brand positioning; collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Consumer Insights, Category Strategy, Finance, Supply Chain, PMO, Design/Creative, and Sales. Align on product launches, brand messaging, and go-to-market strategies; manage full lifecycle of innovations from concept to execution. Serve as commercialization lead in weekly cross-functional calls and monthly Stage Gate meetings. Monitor brand performance and KPIs; manage innovation tracking and scorecards for monthly updates. Develop creative problem solving; champion consumer-centricity; act as a business partner representing the voice of the consumer across functions. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. 3+ years in brand management, innovation, or product development (MBA may count as experience). Proven experience in brand management, innovation, or product development; strong strategic thinking and project leadership. Ability to synthesize consumer insights and market data into actionable strategies. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; high energy, adaptability, and results-driven mindset. Nice to Have
Experience in the food or CPG industry. Familiarity with Stage Gate or commercialization processes. Background in marketing analytics or consumer research. MBA strongly preferred. Compensation And Benefits
The target base salary range is
$115,300-$165,700
for this full-time role. Total pay may include other compensation; location and experience influence base pay. Benefits include health, dental, 401k, and wellness; information shared by Talent Acquisition partner. Equal Opportunity
