CNC Operator
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing machines to start production cycles and ensuring the efficient operation of CNC machinery. Responsibilities: Prepare the machine to start the production cycle. Load and unload raw materials onto the machine. Perform visual and dimensional inspections in accordance with company standards. Keep records of conforming and nonconforming products. Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality. Troubleshoot issues that might occur during the shift. Essential Skills: Proficiency in using lathe and mill machines. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals. Experience with calipers and micrometers for precise measurements. Strong understanding of production procedures. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Working knowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement equipment. Adherence to health and safety regulations, including the use of protective gear. Effective teamwork and communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree is a plus. Why Work Here?
