Length - 3 months with potential for extension Pay: up to $33/hr. based on experience Schedule - M-F - 40 hours per week Location - Horsham, PA hybrid Must be able to provide own device (i.e.. Laptop, tablet) What's a typical day like? You'll be: Providing a wide range of administrative support to Sr. Management Scheduling and coordinating meetings, making appointments and travel arrangements. Coordinating, preparing and editing reports and presentations. Preparing memorandums. Organizing files, performing data entry, and maintaining accurate records. Preparing expense reports and processing invoices, maintaining financial and expense records. Collecting and preparing information for management use. Handling confidential information. Greeting vendors and visitors. This job might be an outstanding fit for those who: Have a High School degree or GED required. Have 5 plus years of related experience highly preferred Have intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Office software programs. Ariba and Concur a plus Can multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detail-oriented with strong organization skills. Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
