Leverage rich proprietary datasets, including: Building codes across every U.S. jurisdiction Expert-generated comments on building plans Validation and input from in-house architects and code specialists Own decision-making on MLOps tech stack and collaborate closely with data engineering Optimize scalable data processing pipelines and maintain ML infrastructure Design, develop, deploy, and monitor innovative ML solutions that drive efficiency for customers Architect and maintain workflows that automate the path from feature store to inference Build greenfield pipelines for pre-training and fine-tuning domain-specific LLM/CV models Shape RLHF and retrieval pipelines to encode compliance knowledge Experiment with and evaluate novel approaches for proprietary LLMs and CV models About You

Graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, ML, or equivalent experience 3+ years

of experience

shipping ML systems

into production (not just research) Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) Experience with LLMs, CV, RAG pipelines, or AI agents is a

big plus Comfortable turning open-ended problems into concrete, actionable solutions Excited by messy, real-world dataCAD files, PDFs, and dense regulatory text Prior startup experience is a plus Why Join Our Client
