Our team includes data analysts, strategists, technologists, and creatives across 15+ global markets, working together to activate authentic customer connections for our clients. Your Role
You will use a data-driven approach to architect customer journeys, identify engagement opportunities, and deliver customer value. Your insights will help determine key moments in the journey, information needs, channels used, and influencers. Your Responsibilities Lead communication strategy development leveraging insights to generate and nurture leads across the customer lifecycle. Develop marketing campaigns utilizing CRM principles to meet client business goals. Gain deep insights into customer beliefs, attitudes, barriers, and drivers through research and social listening. Design customer experience programs across various channels including email, direct mail, mobile, and social. Research and write creative briefs, and collaborate with internal teams. Develop content strategies for campaigns that engage and influence customer behavior. Work with creative teams to inspire work through strategic direction and data insights. Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure strategic consistency. Collaborate with the Marketing Sciences team to establish KPIs, testing plans, and analysis reports. Create and present recommendations to clients. Stay updated on evolving CRM best practices.
Required Skills
Bachelors Degree in a related field. 5+ years of strategic planning experience at an agency. Strong knowledge of CRM and business rules development. Data-driven, critical thinker skilled at signal detection in campaigns and analysis. Experience with CRM channels. Ability to collaborate, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects. Preferred experience in financial services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, or Keynote. Excellent writing, editing, and attention to detail.

Our hybrid model supports in-person collaboration with flexibility to work from home two days a week.
