Were looking for a Retail Produce Specialist to help us expand our reach with independent grocery stores. Whether youre already familiar with produce or looking to deepen your knowledge, well give you the tools and training to succeed. What matters most is your drive to build relationships, exceed customer expectations, and deliver the kind of service that maintains long-lasting partnerships. Responsibilities
Grow and maintain relationships with assigned independent grocery store accounts Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions, service needs, and order support Partner with sales leadership to set goals and strategies for growth Work with operations and transportation to deliver on customer expectations Learn produce categories, seasonality, and pricing strategies while developing consultative sales skills Monitor customer needs and help find solutions that add value What Youll Bring To The Table
